Terms and conditions for "Send unexpected man meat to the FDA"
1. Introduction
These Terms and Conditions govern your participation in the crowdfunding campaign titled “Send unexpected man meat to the FDA” (the “Campaign”). By contributing to the Campaign, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
2. Campaign Purpose
The purpose of this Campaign is to raise funds to send a mobile billboard to the FDA to advocate for increased transparency and enforcement against unexpected meat in dog food.
3. Eligibility
To participate in this Campaign, you must be at least 18 years old or have the consent of a parent or guardian. By contributing, you confirm that you meet these eligibility requirements.
4. Contributions
All contributions are voluntary. You will only be charged if we receive enough contributions to secure a mobile billboard. Once the media space is purchased, contributions are non-refundable. Contributions can be made through Shopify and must comply with the payment processing terms. You acknowledge that your contribution does not guarantee any specific outcome or result from the Campaign.
5. Rewards
Contributors may have the option to "write a message," which could potentially be displayed on the billboard. However, this is not guaranteed. Contributors will receive a digital certificate proclaiming that they helped send unexpected man meat to the FDA. Rewards are subject to availability and may change at the discretion of the Campaign organizers.
6. Use of Funds
Funds raised through this Campaign will be used exclusively for the purpose of sending the mobile billboard to the FDA and related expenses. If we are unable to send the billboard to the FDA for any reason, we will make every effort to direct it to other officials responsible for regulating dog food. Excess contributions will fund additional media time to the extent possible; however, we cannot guarantee the length of time the billboard will run. Any changes to the use of funds will be communicated to contributors.
7. Pivots and Adjustments
We reserve the right to make pivots in the event of unforeseen obstacles that may affect the Campaign's execution. This includes changes to the target audience or the method of delivery.
8. Intellectual Property
All content related to the Campaign, including but not limited to logos, images, and text, is the property of Nose of Justice. You may not use any content without prior written permission.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Nose of Justice shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your participation in the Campaign.
